Yee Haw! Rodeo is here!

ALL VOLUNTEERS who are at Rodeo on FRIDAY, JUNE 25TH - there will be a MEETING at 5:30 PM with Mel Eness, GMIR 2010's Volunteer Coordinator! It is very important that you attend it.

 

 GMIR Rodeo 2010 Volunteer List

All Volunteers need to check in at contestant registration on Friday or at the Front Gate on the day they work to sign a liability waver and receive a badge.

 We have opening's for people to work on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday during various hours of the day, usually in two-hour shifts. We have several areas in which to work, so we truly have something for everyone.

Please look over the places and schedules for Saturday, June 26th; and on Sunday, June 26th. Please feel free to volunteer multiple times if you wish.

If you see something you want to volunteer for, please email Mel, the Volunteer Chair, at volunteers@michiganrodeo.org. PLEASE include where and when you wish to volunteer in the subject line.

 Not so sure what you want to do? That's okay, sign up for "Wherever Needed" and Mel will find a spot for you! We need YOU to make GMIR 2010 a success!
