MIGRA welcomes all contestants competing in horse events.

Contestants hauling livestock bear the responsibility of knowing the State or Provincial laws and/or rules regarding health certificates/coggins tests for each State or Province in which he/she is traveling. It is also the contestant's responsibility to have the necessary paperwork (health certificate/coggins certificate) that complies with each State's or Province's laws and/or rules.

If you are a horse contestant and are bringing a horse into the State of Michigan, you must comply with the state Equine laws. Following is the specific link for Michigan laws: http://www.michigan.gov/mda

Horses must have all their health papers and coggins test within 30 days of the rodeo.
